Your game shelf (My Games)

Track games you own, want, and have played — flag what you can teach or want to learn, and find them near you.

Waypoint has a shared game catalog, and every game has its own page. Your shelf — My Games, in the Board Games Hall — is your personal relationship to those games.

Build your shelf

  1. Find a game

Search from a game page or look it up on Waypoint, then open it.
  2. Set a status

Mark it Want to play, Own it, or Played. Everything you mark shows up under My Games, grouped by status.
  3. Flag teach / learn

Toggle I can teach this or Want to learn — these power mentorship matching (more below).

Why it's useful

  • Find your games near you — on Discover, sessions playing a game on your shelf get an “On your shelf” badge and are floated to the top.
  • Teaching & learning — each game page lists members who can teach it, so you can find someone to show you the ropes (or offer to teach it yourself).
  • Attach a game when you host — linking a session to a catalog game helps the right players find it. See Host your first session.

Note

Don't see a game in the catalog? You can still host a session with a free-text title — the catalog grows over time.
