Waypoint is a Progressive Web App — it runs in your browser and can be installed to your home screen, so it opens full-screen like a native app, works offline for basics, and can send push notifications.
Install it
Android / Chrome / Edge
Tap the Install banner when it appears, or open the browser menu and choose Install app / Add to Home screen.iPhone / iPad (Safari)
Tap the Share button, then Add to Home Screen. On iOS, installing is also required before push notifications will work.Desktop (Chrome / Edge)
Click the install icon in the address bar to run Waypoint in its own window.
Getting around on your phone
On phones a bottom tab bar gives you one-tap access to Home, Sessions, Feed, Messages, and your profile. The ☰ menu (top-left) has everything else — Guilds, Venues, the Academy, the Forge, the Shop — plus search.
Turn on push notifications
Open notification settings
Go to Profile → Notifications.Enable on this device
Use Push notifications on this device → Turn on and allow notifications when your browser asks.Repeat per device
Push is per device, so enable it on each phone or computer you want alerts on.
What you'll get
Once on, you'll get alerts for the same things you see in your notification center— RSVPs, messages, friend requests, and more — even when Waypoint isn't open. Fine-tune types anytime in notification settings.
Offline
Lost signal? Waypoint shows a friendly offline screen instead of a browser error, and reconnects automatically when you're back online.
